Based on what I found in my research from other websites, intertextuality is basically the interdependent ways in which texts stand in relation to one another (as well as the culture at large) to produce meaning. What I learnt from my lecturer Daniel Chong's class, he said that a work/art/movie that is borrowing and transformation some other's author's or director's work, this is also classify as intertextuality. For me, I will said that, intertextuality might be anything around us. What we use, what we see, is actually repeating or just the same thing but in a very different way to represent it. Or it is also something that retold and reuse.
Here are some examples of intertextuality.
